I have learned this through @Brandon Turner webinars, podcasts, etc.Now that I have seen other fees involved with hiring a property management company, it seems like that 10% will be much more.

Since I have a full time job I don’t have time to oversee everything involved in real estate investment so I will also likely hire a management company.

You can hire Virtual Assistants from anywhere in the world to do any task you need.

Things like population growth, job growth, housing needs, business needs, and any others needs that might show up plus any negatives of any industry or other businesses that may may hire many people in the local community or if anything new that has been planned for the future that has not broken ground yet.Good luck to you!

I currently libe in Brooklyn NY so me doing it myself is out the question I’ve had the property for 1 month and the person I had hired so far hasn’t been the greatest.

I would like to make sure people I hire are doing the job right.

I could use some insight on the importance of hiring or at least speaking with a CPA and/or lawyer.

I recently responded to a Facebook Ad by a company called "Hire Pro Virtual Assistants" located in the Philippines.

Just to give you an idea; in my area, it would cost me roughly $6,500- $8,000 to drywall 2000 sq ft house if I hired someone.

I personally would go a cheaper route and just hire a cleaner from Turnoverbnb and a VA from the Phillipines.
