If they pay the money before the hearing they still owe you for the filing fee and you continue to the hearing to get the ruling for them to pay you the $190.

I would just tell them that they are welcome to ensure all of those features are present in their home being built but they are RENTING this one.

I did contact numerous companies today and some that offer backup does not offer other features with the policy or reduced coverage.

@Samson Tefera turn it into a rental. hold for X months - to a year . . . sale and 1031.If you are invested cash into the deal you can also refi and use to cash to continue investing while you wait to sell your flip-rental.Best of luck
