I would look into the market or go with a plus account and put this on there where lenders can respond without braking the rules.

Obviously I'd listen to Frank's experience here, but I would think you're only entitled to inspect any park owned homes as well as the pad / hookups for the tenant-owned...let me know if I'm wrong!

It's NOT water proof, and it requires vapor under-layment AND padding, the other was integral and had all that.
