The info should be there, and chances are high that if it's been abandoned that long that they actually own it by now.Careful with the simplified math you did on the profit there; my own math would be a bit more involved.

Check your state laws, but my GUESS is that if you feel the property has been abandoned you can post a 24hr notice to enter and then go there with the police.
