A Bunch of Abandoned Homes in West Hollywood

I was walking my dog last night in w Hollywood and I passed at least a dozen abandoned homes for sale. Many of them in absolutely terrible condition. It surprised me that there were so many in such an affluent area. They were old and most of them were boarded up. I figured they'd all have mc mansions built by now. I thought it would be rad to capitalize on this opportunity. I do not have the capital. Also it occurred to me that considering I'm in the beginning of my education that I would have no idea what to do with these opportunities. This made me want to get back on the forums. Anyway there must be potential. I'd be interested in helping anyone explore the potential in these properties. If someone who knows more than me, would wish to know more but needs someone to do some foot work, I'm your guy. I'd love to help in anyway I can. Someone's going to capitalize on the spots. I want to be involved somehow even if it's to learn something fun and new! Any suggestions on where I would further my research? Sorry if this is a stupid post. Just trying to engage in some way. Thanks for reading! -Justus
