Tony you have to know WHO you are dealing with on this loan to know HOW to get started.It sounds like you need to work on learning this part a little more.Might want to bring in someone more experienced on this deal.Good Luck

@Tony Wilcox never include insurance with escrow, that way you can get bids every year, most will give you a lower bid to switch to them in year one, then raise you in year 2.
