Hi,I received a notice from the State Land Commissioner to purchase the right and title of State in lands for a parcel of land sold to the state for delinquent taxes.

I did learn the hard way that HVAC units do not last nearly as long at the beach as they do in inland places. 

Join a local LL or REI association and network with other investors to get the skills and connections you will need to build your empire.

Sure, someone can buy properties and build a billion dollar empire, but the exchange is 10-14 hour work-days, nah, i'll pass.

We oddly enough moved back from SoCal 3 yrs ago as well bc of the growing infrastructure in the area, affordable housing (when compared to our old backyards - Inland Empire/Orlando), reasonable drive to the MTNs/Beach, ~1-2 hr drive to larger cities/airports, and just frankly the beautiful landscape of the Tennessee valley!
