This was only to re-floor the house, rehab the 2 bathrooms, paint indoors, replace doors, and appliances.

this is a new one for me since it's in Redford, Michigan. it's just east of livonia, north of Dearborn heights, next to a corner of Westland and Garden City. all our houses were only in Livonia, garden city, westland... this is the first one in redford.it's a 3/1 ranch, 2 car garage, 1,064 ft. i got it for 64k, would rent for around $1,200.  

That said, areas closer to center city - spring garden to washington ave between the rivers will be mostly A/B neighborhoods with high demand assuming its priced right.

We are looking for a garden style 2/3 floor property.

The ok ski i think can be offset by the NY/Philly demand from novice, first time skiers or people going to the indoor water parks etc.

Put up a fence, a big garden, hammocks, give it like a resort feel.
