They also have a work order workflow which I think will be a big help, and you can have vendors submit their invoices into Appfolio directly which is potentially a big time savings.They're both easy to use, both seem very powerful.

Regardless if an individual partner doesn't have income from outside sources the partnership reduces stress and poor decisions because there is always workflow coming from the partnering companies thus creating a self-generated revenue source dependant on good investment deals, property acquisition, a strong labor force, creating a positive brand image.

There is a slight learning curve to understand what is possible and the structure but the most you will pay is $35 a month per user which will allow you to have automated workflows that can send emails for you, generate PDF documents(leases!!!)
