Hello Everyone,I purchased my NACA home more than 5 years ago, and I obtained a HELOC on my home last year.The financial institution that approved and funded my HELOC was fully aware of the NACA Lien on my home and continued with the process either way.Also, I am not in violation of the occupancy requirements.What would NACA's actions be?

Be careful how you word any of this though, if you had told the tenants the adult son could apply but not his wife and daughter it could be familial status violation for fair housing.

In my city's codes and ordinances it states that one of the common rental property violations is having "over four unrelated individuals residing in a dwelling unit" would the dwelling unit be considered the entire house or just the part contained in the lease (aka the room)?
