We used to pick up a couple of great properties a year from each county until everyone & his TV addicted REI cohorts bid beyond intelligent margins.

We removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room, updated the kitchen, gutted both bathrooms, paint, refinished hardwood, updated plumbing and electric and did an unbelievably large amount of landscaping (English Ivy AND Honeysuckle...c'mon!).

Having a small taste of the fruits from your hard work and sacrifice will turn you into a success addict and accomplishing your goals will become your crack.
