I’ll be there keeping a very close eyevduring the Reno because i figured as much…who should i steer clear of ?

I am looking into purchasing a STR in a different state and was wondering if you would be willing to give me some tips you learned along the way?  

One thing I’ve learned in land acquisition is that the approach has to change depending on the market.

Or are you actually talking to a bank about buying the note so you can see the notes and credit on the owner of the property?

countyI...We use propstream and have found their valuations are always all over the place and take them with a grain of salt, but will look at the sales in the area/neighborhood.

I have personally been the guy who hasn't pulled permits and got caught...by far one of the worst experiences of my investing career.
