If you're looking for STRs on the beach, you'll have difficulty finding something that cash flows unless you can get optimal occupancy. 

.- Technology: use of data analytics that can lead to more informed investment decisions, and integrating innovative technologies to improve operational efficiencies as well as improving tenant & investor experience- Strong Investor Relations: consistent, ongoing and transparent communication and educational opportunities for investors, including a peek behind the curtains inviting them to the office for events and internal investment committee meetings- Customer-Centric Services: customized solutions to meet specific needs and interests of various investors and full-service offerings from brokerage, property management, leasing, to funds/syndication opportunitiesWhat else did I miss?

Hello,I am new to the forum.I am interested in learning more about real estate ( searching to learn about  investment property[duplex,triplex,quad] how difficult is to manage this types of properties)Also any suggested locations in CA or AZ to look into for investing. 

Part of the reason I'm attracted to Huntsville is the thriving aerospace, defense, and technology sectors and all the new developments such as Toyota's manufacturing plant, Blue Origin investments, and Facebook's Data Center for example. 

There's no need to use so many loan/lien positions that carry difficulties in structuring and require downpayment/money out of pocket. 

However, difficult is my middle name, or so my wife tells me (just kidding).  

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc.
