I've bought houses with K&T wiring.

I have a huge personal mortgage (P,I,T,I) that currently takes up around anywhere from 25%-38% DTI depending on how you calculate gross income.

I am considering selling a single-family rental in DC and/or looking for a new commercial loan to purchase the building as much as I (or we if my brother decides t partner with me) can to be a majority owner.

Would it be pro-rated a t all if she were to sell a few months before hitting the 2 year mark?

All those suckers that put money in T-bills will be crying in 2-3 years.
