I was fortunate enough to have saved a decent amount of money to survive this long.I started my journey back in 2017 with a New Construction house that I purchased and lived in as my primary residence.

An agent can't survive on a flat fee because the time, effort, and skill required will change from buyer to buyer.

Re: municipal liens it depends, as sometimes those stick with the property and survive foreclosure but it also depends on the type of lien.

There are a lot of other RE investment platforms I have considered but I love this model. I

You “struggle” to survive on $250k/yr outside of California without having to do any work.

They have a property that has been in renovation mode for over a year, but they are still selling shares for it with no plan on how or when to get it rented and creating dividends.

If the traditional model is used, hypothetically if gross commission for the whole transaction was $10,000 split evenly between listing and selling agent, each side would receive $5,000.

Can someone please recommend me a good insurance company that covers lost rental income preferably in Florida.I would really like to know how you guys survived the Pandemic since there were Lockdowns and many people lost their Jobs and thus could not pay rent.I know many well established companies that did not survive it.There are speculations that we could go back to those dark days, and it could lead to loss of rental income.
