I have 42 units and I've had several evictions, a lady cut herself in her bathtub (attempted suicide), a tenant go to jail, tenants with drug problems (even trying to "distribute" within my unit, casually), just to name a few.

3:no more chasing after rent from idiots or paying ridiculous property taxes or water bills I don't think I have ever had one personally threaten me.. but I have had them commit suicide 357 to the noggin thankfully in the back yard.and 3 more swallow more pills than they should. the pills were women and they all survived.. the 357 that was a man.. sad case.. he did when the sheriff was at the door.. my secretary who was there was a mess.. not that she witnessed it but cop told her to go wait in the car.. she could tell it was serious.

While shutting down some businesses and social distancing has no doubt reduced transmission, slowed the progression, and reduced the number of lives lost, the second and third order effects of all the shutdowns and isolation is taking many more lives from things such as suicide, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, delayed testing/treatment for other life-threatening conditions etc.
