Hey Sergey, I’ve run into this exact issue when trying to establish my own online presence for out-of-state ventures.

Takes a lot more work to course correct and stop the money bleed than selling off a stock the next day that I changed my mind on.

Property is in Granite City, tenant lost his job, and has stopped responding to texts and emails.

That should fix that issue and just keep on them to get them to stop eventually. 

Hopefully that slide stops due to seasonality in spring, but if we are in another year of stagnation prices may plummet.
