Is there any way to view all of the past "sticky" posts in a given section?

That's hard to mimic with multi.All that said, if a great multi deal presents itself I'll be on it like white on rice...

If you are an investor who has the financials for a single purchase, but I get the impression you have a lot of offers out seeing which one will stick, I will not write your offer.  

Well, most people that have already posted here don't seem to realize that there is a sticky topic at the top of the BP wholesaling forum that has plenty of methods for this.

Insurance issues can be sticky and you can have duplicate coverage requiring more in premiums.

Also there is a "sticky" at the top of the wholesaling forum with an entire thread explaining how to find buyers too.I like to use title searches / reports to find the best buyers in my market.

So basically what I need to know is how does one learn how to Wholesale and sell the contracts to other investors when everyone here (I have looked at all the other posts including the sticky, to see the negativity about wholesalers) has had bad dealings with wholesalers?
