@Nick Winikoff,  they've been on our radar for probably 5 - 7 years, and I think it was probably 2012-2013 when HGTV started broadcasting a show about tiny houses, and that's when it really took off.

There is a new soccer team playing in south LA next year with a brand new stadium.

Sitting at a baseball or soccer stadium and have your ad go directly to their phone!

I know that there is also new condo/townhome/SFH communities in this area that are great investment.Also, Real Salt Lake professional soccer team is building their World Wide indoor soccer training facility right next to one of our Herriman communities.

@Jason R. first I suggest that you do not broadcast how much money you have.

I would also create a Facebook page for your wholesale company, put the listing there and broadcast it on your facebook page.To build buyers in an area there are a few things that you can do.

I currently work in digital media with a background in branding, marketing, web development, print, and broadcast. 

Several years passed and I eventually started making good money as a rep in Broadcasting.

@Will Chamberlin Yes, I grew up in San Rafael and actually played soccer quite a bit growing up at Pickleweed Park.

On another side - @Kurush Italia   I wouldn't broadcast these huge commissions, all it takes it one person to take this to the RE commission....
