Is BiggerPockets server being compromised? 

I looked into it about a year ago and didn't find any, but still have some conventional slots left so I'm using those.I'll also ask a realtor I know in the area that does some flips and has about 20-30 units now he may have some ideas.

I am going to assume that since you posted on a real estate investing website that you are planning to serve real estate investors.  

Here the legislation is clear that rent is considered late the day after it is due and the landlord has the right to server a Notice to Vacate which gives the tenant 7-days to pay all arrears or 15 days to move out.That said, our policy is clearly documented and incorporated in a schedule to the lease that rent is due on, or before, the first day of the month and a late fee will be assessed at the close of business (17:00) on the 4th of the month.  

Should I instruct him to not post the videos at all unless he does so on an internal (preferably secure) server?
