On the one hand, I don't want to be overbearing and in retrospect, I did make her feel like she could pick her own roommate with not very much input from me.On the other hand, I'm somewhat concerned with her choice of roommate and the additional dog.

., when the bank asked for highest and best).I 100% agree that you need to submit your highest and best when the bank calls for highest and best (it's too unlikely you'll get another chance), but it sounded like above you were saying that your very first offer should be your highest and best, which still doesn't make any sense to me...but in retrospect, maybe that's not what you were saying...All I'm saying is that in my experience, about 40% of the time the bank doesn't call for highest and best, and in many of those cases, I get the deal for less than what I would have been willing to pay.

This pipe terminates into a sump pump.Next, the walls were covered with a heavy gauge plastic wall panels that extend down into the trench.The remaining space in the trench was filled with gravel and a new concrete floor was poured .It's amazing how much water flows into the sump pit but the basement is completely dry.It was fairly expensive but in retrospect, worth every penny since the space is now usable square footage.

Some high end Thermador hoods have them & we had a similar unit in a lab I once worked in & it was very effective so I know it's a viable <$100 fix.But in retrospect they were great tenants (3years) & kept the place spotless in every other area.
