In mid-November I 'fired' my property manager and resumed self-management of my duplex. 

We definitely start building nuclear plants like crazy as it’s morally wrong that we’re banning them while decrying the fossil fuels that saved us.  

Nothings necessary to invest, I’m just trying to find a way into multi family since I’m not a passive investor I need to either find the deals and I thought this would be a good resume item.

It doesn't really do much other than give you additional material for your resume.

To me I don’t want to do a deep dive into the complete resume or qualifications or financial history of a host, I just want to know that they’re attuned to professional standards and provide an honest representation of their property.  

Can some of you veteran posters provide some providers in low property tax / low insurance / areas with strong property management resume to me. 

Bottom line;  DO NOT close until the forbearance has been ended AND the loan is re-instated and normal mo payments can resume.   

I plan to resume the meetup by January 2021 depending on the COVID-19 trend.As @Brian Alfaro mentioned, they are 95% shutdown now.In the meantime connect and ask questions.

If I had an office opening that I was paying $15/hr for as a starting salary, I would advertise it and get twenty resumes from college grads emailed to me within a day, all with nice little objective lines stating, "I am a motivated self-starter..."

But I will make sure to ask him to resume the online payment once he is able to re-open/unfrozen his bank account.
