I think I was a bit sensitive because I know I am trying to do the right thing and didn't love the idea of blinds for this unit long term though this thread has convinced me that others will probably want them, so I might as well put them up now.By the way, I'm also a twin cities man.

But that eventually escalated into “unauthorized” modifications to our property and that resulted in crazy and passive-aggressive behavior when we started to object. 5 years later the drama started—confrontations, restraining order, police visits, but eventually we got him evicted.

The time sensitivity takes some planning ahead of time and more work to also find something to work within those constraints but feel like there's a lot of companies that can help make this successful.My strategy with MF is to leverage more.
