I think I was a bit sensitive because I know I am trying to do the right thing and didn't love the idea of blinds for this unit long term though this thread has convinced me that others will probably want them, so I might as well put them up now.By the way, I'm also a twin cities man.

This seems like a leak of sensitive information, and it makes me angry since all she has to do is to communicate to the seller that I have enough funds to purchase the property in cash.
