The landlord should ensure that all tenants know what is expected of them, whether it is when the rent is due, rules they must abide by to keep the property in a safe and sanitary condition, respecting fellow tenants, or generally just being a good neighbor.I believe that the City has its proverbial head in the sand on this.

Also please see all the threads on other companies that were very well respected and liked for years on BP ton of investors and now they have had to stop payments do cash calls and in some cases have lost the entire property and wiped out the investors..

I certainly respect how anyone goes out and markets themself but usually we find the best plumbers/title companies/lenders/etc through other investors in our market.
