Their course is more affordable than Bosch & Seth's (though I do not discount the value both bring - and the respect they have in the industry).

It does make sense in some respects.

I think your strategy by just trying to ask respectably is the best way to go here and then you can elevate things if necessary if they're continuing to disregard the non-smoking clause.

The landlord should ensure that all tenants know what is expected of them, whether it is when the rent is due, rules they must abide by to keep the property in a safe and sanitary condition, respecting fellow tenants, or generally just being a good neighbor.I believe that the City has its proverbial head in the sand on this.

My vote would be for family or close friends who you know and respect from earlier than your current venture.  

Also please see all the threads on other companies that were very well respected and liked for years on BP  ton of investors and now they have had to stop payments do cash calls and in some cases have lost the entire property and  wiped out the investors.. 

So it is up to you to respect or ignore them. 

The US is and should be different, respecting people's needs to have plentiful employment so they can pay for their own places to live, support their families, etc.

The martial arts helps kids in so many other respects than just the self-defense application so it's not all bad.With the arts you have to train for a very long time to take complex movements and make them part of your natural reaction process.

I certainly respect how anyone goes out and markets themself but usually we find the best plumbers/title companies/lenders/etc through other investors in our market.
