I love to learn, I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to satisfy my creative need to express myself in home interior styling and apply that skill to support sellers in one of the most critical times in their lives.I also love to take that a step further with interior design or redesign and help people create an environment in their homes that nutures them, that enhances their quality of life, that reflects their values and interests. a place they love to be and to share with others.AM I on the right track, now?

Here is my take...Websites are one of those things where if you don't invest in it now and you will spend more later with the redesign when you need it most.

@Jonathan HulenI haven't had that issue, but since the redesign I've had horrible sorting issues and this other issue where all the sudden posts will just start moving around without me doing anything.

NOW with policies and laws that redesigned a system to prevent such, the median equity position is a significant ratio AND the lurking mortgage servicing reset to a non-feasable amount has been in large part eliminated, so that means persons have a) a cushion to sell at net positive or net 0 if need be b) equity to tap for financial use c) consistency in expenses. 

He had to radically redesign his business and he eventually sold even the 20 that he had.   

We will do a lot of rehab and get it redesignated as a single family instead of a trailer.

Liked the numbers on a little 2 family in Catskill, NY..Was looking at buildings throughout the Hudson Valley for my first investment ,but the cash flow is low for the amount of capital to be put down..Decided to redesign my strategy, went on the hunt for multifamily -  really enjoying it !!

However Micheal at yellowletters.com was kind enough to re design and re mail for me! 

On top of that it's heavily fragmented and being threatened on several fronts by disrupters and other external forces.Glenn Sanford's goal was to redesign the model in the cloud-based era to minimize overhead costs (brick & mortar, redundant staffing, etc) while improving services & compensation  to provide a value proposition for agents that is so strong it would be "irresponsible" (his words) to hang your license anywhere else. 

Redesign the iOS app completely, I dont want to be a complainer but its extremely buggy from a software standpoint.
