This is a bit of psychology though...sometimes guests make mistakes(show up early, fail to communicate back) and when you auto-review them right after they leave, they preemptively think you are giving them a bad review so THEY give YOU a weird review.

What we found was that people still wanted to spend $10,000 or $35,000 on a course that promised them to become an top investor rather than paying an expert for a hour of their time to help them with specific issues.The psychology of this is facinating.

My acct in Balt. said to me “I have never seen such pain in so many clients!”.

End of year was painful and I am back to looking at a more comprehensive solution.  

Look at it as an ounce of pain or a pound of regret..you're not going to win every offer and every prospect isn't going to check out.

I've dealt with six or seven property managers in PA in the past, (for 14 years), and this is the first instance I've ever received this pushback.

ADU was the biggest hype last decade and a huge disappointment for many, especially in CA. 1- big pain in the a$$ to get approved and then built. 2- super expensive in CA.3- often it reduces the value of the main home on resale, because most people want a normal private home and not some white elephant with a weird back cottage or no garage due to ADU.  

It is helpful to know that those growing pains and close calls/huge frustrations can still amount to gold.
