I know our real estate office has an area in our printer room devoted to advertising home inspection, warranty, staging, pest control, handyman, move-out cleaners, etc., so maybe drop off a few flyers perhaps offering a discount off your normal service fee to local real estate offices. 

There is no way I could have done this without the great advise from the site.I bought a list from online and paid my daughter to print the envelopes (our printer must be fed one at a time), stuff and stamp them.

Tried getting a 3D printer from there on the real cheap, but it was a scam by the manufacurer.It is great you are trying to diversify though. 

I would think it would stick going through a printer.

As long as these businesses remain under the radar, most people will ignore them.In my case, I worked out of my home for years as a technical writer (standard desktop computer and laser printer, along with a telephone and high-speed home Internet connection).

The next step is for the rug to be pulled out entirely, loan denials even when loan docs are out for your signature with the notary, it happened in 2008, it happened in March 2020 (until the Fed $ printers were turned on), and I wouldn't be at all surprised if now (that the $ printers are off again) it happened again, and BOOM there went your $20,000 earnest money deposit, forfeit to the seller, with no practical recourse against the bank (no serious lawsuits or settlements came of it in 2008, or March 2020).
