We all know you're making way more in airbnb income than market rents, it's just a pill you'll have to swallow if you continue this route.2) if you plan to live in the new property, you'll have a difficult time finding a lender who will NOT qualify you with income and DTI. 

I'm not here to deter you, I'm the poison pill for anyone who comes into this thread to know that this is a lousy way to SAVE money, it's not an investment at all.

They waste their money they would have been better off saving for a deal because they want the real estate equivalent of a diet pill.

This being the case, a decision to put a large amount of money into the building at this time was indeed a hard pill to swallow.

Mentors deserve to get paid for their time just don't be sleazy salespeople about it.Just know there is no magic formula no special pill to take to make it easy and rich.

It all works but for me, I'm frugal so paying for something that I know I can get for free is a hard pill to swallow.

Try to find a direct lender or local bank, if your expenses are real and you are profitable, it would be a tough pill to sallow to pay more in taxes. 

Probably a combination of the two.Either way it just might work (disclaimer: I'm not endorsing the use of narcotics prescription or otherwise as a creativity or mindset booster).
