There is one caller with a 530 area code, (message me if you want the number) and I do know where it is, call me about five times a day. 

I would appreciate any recommendation for cold callers or cold calling services.

I have 3 outstanding cold callers and run other marketing campaigns in my local market.

You can always provide the actual location to legitimate callers who contact you though, after they call and pass your pre-screening of course.)3) Put a "For Rent" sign in the front yard, or (if for some reason you don't want a sign in the front yard) post a flyer near the front door with your phone number. 

July came...I had spoekn with 200 callers since I first got this home...I was back...I was awake...I was much more experienced...I got the thrid and final buyer but even that was a little tricky.

If every body here listed each tenant that was a problem, maybe even with a coded issues list, like a 1 for the constant caller with very minor issues, who pays great, all the way to 10 for the had to have police remove them again after they broke back in again.

You are going to do that anyway.While I agree that an unsolicited text messages is a nuisance, there is a "Block this caller" feature you can use (and I do, it cuts down on text messages).  

Otherwise, for cold callers and wholesalers: 100% completely disagree, you are being an absolute pest if you bother me several times to try and get me to sell my properties at a discount, when I have zero intention of selling cheap and off market like I am some kind of moron sucker.
