NOI, CoC, ROI... all those things are financial metrics which can be calculated for any investment (real estate, precious metals, stocks, poker returns).Obviously the investments themselves will be quite different... mortgages, expenses, etc.

I was so nervous, but I put on my best poker face and just observed how others handled themselves when bidding. 

My Wednesdays typically have another get together (alright.....local poker game)...though I would like to go.

The lack of participation by the other party does not show who has the better hand it just shows who is better at poker.

It doesn't mean anything yet because I haven't got a lead from it yet (not done much to drive traffic yet), but I must say, my poker face really sucks right now.

If you had a million dollars, it would be easier to invest that into commercial and make more income than if you had 50k to play with.Some of us, myself included, would have loved to go to commercial but the price of poker there is just too high.

I don't know because we are playing poker but I think it should be $x.
