I've found that new construction in most cases has less margins and more "professional players".If you aren't going to go ALL IN on new construction with the plan to build many houses I don't advise on it. 

I'm a dedicated, hard worker and team player and would love to join a team where I could learn and be able to grow.

A good realtor who works as a team player rather than being more motivated to earn commission by closing many deals quickly and ignoring the type of deal does not help investors.  

In a resort style place like you are looking at, often more than one unit is owned by a single owner.

Yeah, on the other side of the nickel, the hotel websites don't tell you about their 15% occupancy tax, $20 a day to park, and the $30 a day resort fee.  

I was told that offerings that we see on sites like fundrise may be inexperienced or not the best syndicators that may prey on inexperienced investors who don't have the ability to participate in syndications because of a lack of substantial capital and that capable syndication operators would not resort to posting on sites like that because they have a group of investors that trust them and they don't have to share a fee to the site.

All organic, all off-market, all free, all people that fight each other to get to me, without me lifting a finger every single day.Again, how many of you want success, don't have it (yet), and resort to free info to get it?
