If was originated as owner occupied in the past and no longer is owner, if you have change of name on deed or insurance, if impound had a dispute, claims - are a couple reasons why the servicing changes.

However, a court lawyer assisted the non-paying tenant in filing a "motion to allow late answer and discovery" and accused me of retaliation because they reported me to code enforcement.

Now his original property is less cash flow, and is his 2nd is likely negative $500/mo.
