It's going to offer Strong economic growth, Appreciation (especially in DFW), Tax advantages (no state income tax), and a Growing population, including infrastructure and amenities. 

Palm Coast, while not as flashy as Miami, is indeed growing rapidly, with increasing interest from higher-income professionals and retirees.

I like to think I have done ok. for me finding properties is sales - managing real estate and growing your company requires problem solving. 

Pittsburgh is home to many major universities including the rapidly growing Carnegie Mellon University which is “at least partially responsible for Pittsburgh’s growth, from revitalized neighborhoods to a vibrant and booming restaurant scene.”

It's the best way for us to grow as companies by sharing what works and what doesn't.

This is verified based on the good schools, department stores opening up (Costco, Target etc.) as well as verified investment from Jerry Jones (Dallas Cowboys owner) and the city to grow the population.
