You have to make sure that your house is appropriate for senior living, including widened accessible doors, ADA bathroom if required, walk in showers...etc.  You may be able to convince one of them to have a profit share model.

Any feedback would be appreciated on the applicability of ADA/FHA to short-term rentals please.

A couple of years later when we went to collect the rent from the parents an ADA was there with a couple of detectives with active warrants in hand looking for the young couple.

There is a difference under the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA, which is not the applicable law to Residential Real Estate.I happen to teach Fair Housing for continuing education.

However, searches in the EGR and Ada/Cascade neighborhoods yield far fewer results.

ADA bathrooms, killer outdoor seating areas, I could see abating rent in lieu of their TI allowance as someone mentioned. but am very careful in how I do that so that it is conditioned on their well defined improvements.

The cat is not covered under the ADA or FHA.
