if you have proper team you can self manage. are you local to the area?

The property is in a great location,  close to stores, restaurants, fair grounds, freeway access, and less than a mile from hospital.

They may be non permitable.check with the local city or county before you get into it where you can't get out.

In the event that you don’t have money to build a cash buyer’s list first by using bandit signs or pulling lists and contacting potential cash buyers, you have two other options:Option 1: Attend local real estate meetups and or your local REIA meetings.
