There are plenty of other real-estate oriented accounting software packages, but QB is still the 900-lb gorilla and you have enough complex stuff going on that the lighter-weight packages will likely not do everything you need.You can find a bunch of freelance bookkeepers (all of whom will know how to use QB) for way less than $400/m to help on sites like Upwork.

You'll notice that the Northside and Arlington have a relatively low amount of darkest blue but do have some areas of the lighter blue.

As others have said, investing a bit of time in reading and asking questions in this type of format may be better spent then the $$ and time spent on this guy with possibility of having your wallet a few quid lighter and a few points added to your BP readings.

As long as it's true Butcher Block and NOT the Butcher Block Laminate that made it's way into every 1970's home, I like it, and think it has it's placesPersonally I like it for accent bars or island prep stations, not a big fan of using it in the entire kitchen from a durability standpoint, people tend NOT to maintain things properly and just like lighter color granites that are not sealed properly, a clumsy friend and a glass of red wine could cause a BIG problem!

Not real good:1) They may just sink molys (you hope) in sheetrock and while TVs are getting lighter, mount needs to go into a stud2) Had one deal where they hit a water pipe in the wall - Hilarity did not ensue3) Who patches it when they take down the TV and move?
