And really if cost/fees are a factor in this decision for someone, its not likely that person has a high enough net worth to warrant these protections.BTW - this came from a top real estate attorney and cpa firm with extensive experience in asset protection for high net worth individuals - he's not going to recommend something overkill or inappropriate just to make an extra $300 bucks.
