Seeing if anyone knew stats or an estimate for building an assisted living facility about 300 units with meds and meals would cost.I am figuring 100,000 per unit.Thoughts appreciated.I am in Georgia so I know other areas land and construction material is more expensive.

Use a cash out refinance for ... cough cough extra remodeling money.. maybe a meal or 2 or 10,0000.There is that making you dream a little?

Perhaps develop a RE vertical, but you might want to go after a healthier category (healthcare for instance).Save cash like crazy, build credit and invest in RE on the side.

It reduces your risk and creates a much healthier relationship.

Its like Going to Burger King , buy the kids meal, and the toy you get... is a dream house.How can you argue this not being a sweet deal?!!

They lodge a complaint about any little thing & are rewarded with a monetary item, typically a comped meal or gift card.
