Being subprime these folks then squat they don't just hand the keys back. so now the first one is negative and well they can gut through that but the foreclosure is now 3 to 4k..

They take the guts out of it where they shoot it, and then strap it onto the trunk of the car or in the bed of their truck and take it back to their house, and hang it upside down from a tree limb to let the blood drain out of it for a certain amount of time.

Mostly just went with my gut I bought it during a crazy time single family homes are being bought only hours after coming on the market I had the choice between this house and another the other was slightly bigger with a basement in the porch but the roof did not seem bonded in my Spidey senses told me there might be Foundation issues in mold due to a smell while inspecting the house admittedly the house I bought is 950 ft has no basement and is a two bedroom one bath with a detached garage How did you finance this deal?

Is it worth diving into a full bathroom/kitchen gut (unpermitted/handyman not of my choice) possibly revealing more issues or just paint, new cabinet pulls, switches/outlets, lights, etc?
