If the business sells (it’s currently listed), the rent payments would stop, but I’d still own the property as an asset.

I'm doing a lot of promotion in the Miami area of my listings so I'm compiling a list of buyers.

The tried and true version is pulling a list of properties whether you're targeting distressed homes or high equity homes in which case you can pull on something like Propstream or Propwire, you can skip trace through them or someone like Prime Tracers which has a pay as you go system. 

In my area there is a huge waiting list for Section 8. 

(aerial measurement).The renovation list is pretty long—roof, HVAC, windows, full interior updates, electrical, plumbing, landscaping... basically a full gut.

There's a large content library covering various topics such as creative financing, probate, foreclosures, door knocking, wholesaling, expired listings, Lanza methods, Morby Method, how to comp, and more.

They are even working on getting me the evicted tenant's security deposit, the missing JANUARY rent since the place is still empty, and covering the cost of my own manager re-listing the property.

If the property was already listed on the MLS, I'd push back on the price relative to the comps.
