I'd consider lux pool furnishings like cabanas, hammocks, etc so set yourself apart.

However - the CFD that will be assigned to me requires that I furnish the borrower with a warranty deed too.

And sites that do have stats for your particular area, like Furnished Finder, don't show average occupancy currently.

Why not use furnish finder? 

Only think I can think is that it’s tougher to find fully furnished long term rentals through the normal long term rental channels.
