If you want to remove the piece from the cement, make sure the inside of the post is fairly clean and not filled w/ rust and dirt, then with a chisel, (or power chipping hammer) "GENTLY" fold the old post into the hole in the middle, it should loosen up and be able to be pulled out.

There will be more layoffs, more bankruptcies, more companies fold, and more money printed than at any time in history.The stimulus was just a quick run out to get everything they wanted politically in one quick swoop, all while making Americans feel it was all in their best interest, and giving them false hope that Uncle Sam is coming to the rescue.This is "Politics 101"While unfortunate, It is my honest opinion that we can not rebuild all of this until it completely burns down.

Farmer Fred got smart, in the contract for the job he states that the town of "Smallville" has to pay him a percentage of revenue from the monthly bills for the rest of his life or beyond.Since Smallville has grown 5 fold, Farmer Fred is rolling in the money.

Otherwise it is too easy to fold the company, pay out the money to another entity, and all that the lender is left with is a guarantee by a defunct entity.
