Is this a red flag?

No one has ever balked at undergoing a background check and, if they did, that would be a red flag for me and I'd just move along.

Its also a bit of a red flag if they tell you they need a week or so to come up with the $500. 

I just want to hear it.As well as that, I want to ask what you could have done to prevent it one, or any red flags you saw during the screening process or before it happened, that should have made you act earlier. 

Additionally, failing to close a loan over a fiscal year is a huge red flag and usually leads to termination.I want to dive headfirst into RE investing to gain that experience I mentioned above.

There should be a red flag for the next LL to know that this tenant is not to be trusted.

In fact, anytime someone is rushing someone’s else process in a sale, usually raises red flags to me.
