Is this not BiggerPockets, a forum dedicated to learning how to leverage the resources at our fingertips.

No offense Chris, but I've seen several of your posts floating around the BP forums over the last month or so, and based on your negative and defeatist attitude in the face of the plethora of information at the tips of your fingertips with the search function, and also the fact that you keep swatting away advice that is literally being spoon fed to you, I'm not confident that the RE space is right for you.

@Jessica Wygal keep in mind successful self employed folks (and there are many) usually have all this documentation at their fingertips.

@Clayton Plummer The beauty of being okay with doing out of state investing is that you have the whole US at your finger tips.

Sure, before computers and all the great data we now have at our fingertips, that was one way to do this.

Unfortunately in Spain we do have the information available at our finger tips as they do in US and UK.  

There is a lot of knowledge and content at your finger tips...
