As a high income earner, there are alternate routes that garnish high returns than LTRs, are more passive (nothing is truly passive) than both LTRs and STRs, AND expose you too much less liability.

Most of the lots have or had septic and were/are on propane and electric is currently unsure; since events occurred and now electric that once used to go to all lots, now the lot(s)/homes will probably be powerless (maybe) for the next 3 months minimum or more(?)

But here's you, with the part on backorder, the tenant frying up a mess of pancakes on a propane camping burner in the living room and barbecuing chicken nuggets on skewers over a makeshift charcoal grill in the bathroom sink (with the vent fan on, of course).So get that range changed tomorrow with a new or used range without a glass top.

Though the units may have had proper heating, the pipes leading up to the units may be exposed to the cold.One particular property we had was vacant which made it all the more miserable since no one was in the property to heat it.
