Our lawyer sent them a certified letter stating we will sue for specific performance, especially after they have changed the locks denying us entrance to the property, we have sent a copy of the memorandum in place with the court house, as well as another copy of the contract highlighting where he signed and initialed were the prevailing party will/can be compensated for legal expenses and we need access to the property, which was listed with a realtor while STILL in contract and is now showing pending a sale.

Initially, I lived in the 1BR and then I realized that the separate entrance small bedroom and bath wasn't really used.

November of 2020 she installed four outside cameras facing every entrance two on the front door, one facing the driveway and one in the back of the building facing the back gate we drive through to get into our garage.

The two rentals would have their own outdoor spaces and separate entrances, but one is directly above the other, so I have concerns about privacy.I think it would only be worth it if the basement apartment can be added to the square footage of the house because then it would add equity which we could use to do a HELOC to recoup the cost of the remodeling work.

I would probably verify with local zoning authorities as far as any structural changes needed to the façade of the exterior to allow for a separate entrance but that is likely not an issue in most cases.

There is also barriers to pouring cement as the only entrance to patio from outside is through the standard size door through garage.

One example is maybe for doctors/nurses they may want their own entrance into their room in your house hack because they have weird hours and don't want to risk waking up anyone.I hope this helps.
