That’s why I posted here- to ask other people who do lots of inspections.JD said all cleared out, which is stricter than the first info given to me.The seller is encountering all of the problems that people encounter when they try to sell their house with a renter We haven’t gone under contract yet because there is no consensus on when inspections can be done.

Thanks in advance :) Also...1031Crowdfunding.com is a good place to find lots of deals to evaluate.Additionally I also know of one broker who offers most of the typically packaged 1031 deals but waives the typical front end commissions.
