I don't know about the "great honor" as there are a few others that post here from time to time that are also very knowledgeable, that are also donating their time to try to help new people understand and get into this business. 

They removed what they wanted, and I donated/sold the rest.The sellers hired an attorney to go through probate.

Since he is in the military you might tell him that you will pay off the liens and donate $5000 to Wounded Warriors.

All he could do was take a tax deduction for donating it.See if you can get the note sell to provide a current prelin title, this will give visibility to liens.

In my area habitat for humanity gets more items donated that they can use use.

But, instead it is please for private citizens to donate to Harvey.
