All I saw were tract homes/condos and the very large apartment homes.

I have the 20% down, a high credit score and a good tract record.

What you wrote above is clear language- send to sales tract, escrow/title/attorney, your agent, their agent, CEO of the builder.

Typically farm land is in larger tracts than 2 acres.

Get this one digested before moving to your next deal.
