Someone told me there're some new build deals there but the area seems not well-developed and will need some time to get its value increased.

Hi @Mark Hafner, we are active in the Spanish real estate market and have been developing several real estate projects in the last few years in the Valencia area (Valencia city and the Costa Blanca).

Our market is stable with strong job growth from major employers moving and developing here like Meta, Intel, Amazon, etc.

Turns out the developer didn't fix some underground pipe and it took years and lots of $$ for lawyer's fees to get things fixed.
